According to the latest information of One Shipping, Hablot announced on its official website that it has reached a cooperation agreement with Spinelli Group, an old Italian logistics company, and Haberrot will acquire up to 49% of Spinelli Group. Spinelli Group controls half of Italy's ports, yards, roads and warehouses. Headquartered in Genoa Port, Spinelli Group has a history of nearly 60 years.
